Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern use of the Reelr platform ("Service"). By accessing the Service you accept these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must have a valid TikTok account and legal capacity to contract.
3. Service Description
Reelr enables authenticated users to stage, schedule, and publish or draft videos to TikTok using official TikTok APIs. No unauthorized automation.
4. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding OAuth sessions and notifying us of suspected compromise.
5. Acceptable Use
- No harassment, spam, or violation of TikTok terms.
- No scraping or reverse engineering TikTok endpoints.
- No uploading infringing, illegal, or harmful content.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process content solely to deliver the Service.
7. AI Generated Content
AI outputs must be reviewed for accuracy and compliance. We tag AI‑generated media where required.
8. Fees
Future paid tiers will be disclosed separately. Current beta is free.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may cease use at any time; revoke tokens via TikTok.
10. Disclaimers
Service provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
Aggregate liability limited to USD $100 or amounts paid in prior 3 months, whichever greater.
12. Governing Law
Delaware law (excluding conflicts principles) governs except where local law requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update Terms; continued use indicates acceptance.
