Disconnecting TikTok

Go to TikTok > Settings & Privacy > Security > Manage App Permissions, revoke Reelr. Our system detects revocation & purges tokens within 30 days (usually within minutes).

Request Data Deletion

Email privacy@reelr.ai from your account email including your TikTok open_id. We'll confirm deletion within 7 days.

Status of Posts

We poll TikTok’s status endpoint until PUBLISHED or failure. If stalled > 30 min, re‑initiate or contact support with the publish_id.
