1. Overview
Reelr ("we","us") provides a platform for authenticated TikTok creators to prepare, schedule, and post or draft short‑form videos.
2. Data We Collect
- OAuth Profile: open_id, basic profile fields permitted by
user.info.basic. - Posting Metadata: captions, scheduling times, selected privacy level.
- Generated Media: Optional AI‑generated audio/video (temporary cache before posting).
- Operational Logs: Timestamps, API success/failure codes (no raw TikTok content beyond what is required).
3. How We Use Data
- Authenticate & maintain session with TikTok APIs.
- Prepare & submit posts/drafts at user request.
- Provide scheduling & workflow UX.
- Security auditing & abuse prevention.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. We transmit media/metadata only to TikTok endpoints selected by the user. Infrastructure vendors are bound by processing terms.
5. Retention
Tokens encrypted & rotated per policy. Revoked tokens purged within 30 days. Media assets deleted within 24h after successful post unless user saves presets.
6. Security
HTTPS, encrypted storage, least privilege, routine log review.
7. User Controls
- Disconnect via TikTok Manage App Permissions.
- Request deletion: privacy@reelr.ai.
- Revoke tokens via support channel.
8. International Transfers
Data may be processed in regions where our cloud operates with safeguards.
9. Children
Not directed to children under 13 (or higher local age). We do not knowingly process such data.
10. Changes
Material changes posted here with updated effective date.
